How to Recognize the Area
The house is 1.25 miles West of El Camino Real. It is on the Left (South) side of the street and has a horse-shoe shaped driveway with spot lighting on the house itself. It is off-white in color and just West of the first peak of the hill.
There is a light at the corner of James and El Camino.
At the corner of James and El Camino there is a school yard, a Taco Bell, a
sign for a Cal Trans station (visible if you are coming from the South) and a
large Safeway shopping center the East side of the road.
The next light north of James is Broadway, the next light south of James is
Jefferson.
About a mile south of James is the Woodside (route 84) overpass going over El
Camino.
From the 280
Take the Farm Hill Exit East. Farm Hill turns into Jefferson. Take Jefferson to El Camino Northbound, turn left and go one light north to James. Turn Left again. See directions above.
From the San Mateo bridge and points North
Take the 101 southbound. Exit on Wipple and head West to El Camino. Go South on El Camino to James. See directions above.
From the Dumbarton bridge and points South
Take 101 Northbound to the Woodside exit and head West to El Camino. Go North on El Camino to James. See directions above.
For people that like to avoid highways (including bicyclists)
From Stanford Campus take the Alemeda de la Pulgas to James Ave (One block north of Jefferson which has a light). Turn right on James, proceed 4 blocks past on 5 ways intersection where James jigs to the left. House is on the right hand side.
