They generally have more variety of spicing than Swagat, and a longer menu. Kabuki was last at Janta on April 6th [review by richardt] Directions: Short: Janta is about halfway down Lytton as you head east towards Middlefield. Public Transit: Take Caltrain or the Santa Clara County Transit 22-El Camino to the Palo Alto train station/transit center. Proceed north on Alma one block to Lytton. Turn east and proceed ~4 blocks to the restaurant, on the left-hand side. Long: Take your route of choice to downtown Palo Alto; 101 to University Ave is often reasonable. Turn right off of University at Middlefield (presuming you are heading west), and go up one block to Lytton. Turn left and proceed several blocks, Janta will be on your right. -RichardT
