Time: Please arrive at 7:30pm; we generally order around 7:45pm. Arrivals after 8pm may need to find their own table. Place: Black Angus Restaurant 740 E. El Camino Real Sunnyvale, CA 94087 (408) 245-4501 http://www.stuartanderson.com/ Description: Your basic sit-down steakhouse, with a decent but limited seafood menu as well. The usual steak, prime rib, teriyaki chicken, and the like. Dependably good. Not sublime like Sundance, but not priced anything like Sundance either. :-) Not a meativore? Caesar salad, potato skins, veggie of the day, fried zucchini, mushroom skillet, baked potato, and deep-fried whole sliced onion. Vegetarians won't starve by any means, but they may not feel fully enfranchised. KW has never been to Black Angus in Sunnyvale, as far as I know. [Review by SRC] Directions: Freeway: Oh, there's lots of ways to get there. You could just use one of those Internet map sites to figure out the best one for you. Black Angus is on El Camino between Wolfe and Fair Oaks. You could take 101 to Wolfe and come up to El Camino and turn right, but you'd need to loop around since it's on the other side of the street. Or you could take 280 to Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road, follow it to El Camino and turn right, and you'd be on the correct side of the street. Or you could take 85 to the Sunnyvale El Camino exit and go through a zillion lights until you pass Fair Oaks and it'll be coming up on the correct side of the street but watch out you don't turn into the big car dealership driveway by mistake. Transit: It's that ol' 22 bus again! Takes you right there. :-) [Directions by SRC]
