Description:

Small, family-style Ethiopian restaurant.  Notice how they're all
named after bodies of water?  Who knew?

Lots of veggie options, a fair number of nonspicy options as well.
The tej (honey wine) got mixed reviews-- I thought it had a musty
taste compared to my favorite mead, but the other folks I was with
last time really liked it.  

KW was last at Shebele on July 25, 2001.  We got a pretty big crowd,
so please RSVP.  Orchard Valley coffeeshop is just down the block,
but closes at 10pm, so if you want dessert, don't linger!

Directions:

        Campbell Ave. is the main drag through Campbell.
        422 E. is about halfway between 17 and Winchester, near Railroad Ave.
        It's about 1km south of Hamilton ave.
        
        Take 280 to 17 South, or 85 to 17 North,
        and take the Hamilton Ave. exit. going East to Bascom.
        Right on Bascom, go about a few blocks south to Campbell
        Right on Campbell, go to 422.

        If you're coming down 101 from Palo Alto area,
        I'd recommend taking 85 to 280 to 17.
