Description:

Il Postale is a nice little Italian restaurant on the back corner of Murphy
street; parking is a little annoying unless you park across the street
in Macy's parking lot. The food is good but not stupendous. The portions are
large and an average dinner is fifteen dollars. They seem to pride themselves
on their seafood, noodles, and olive oil; so most of the dishes include these
things. They have a wonderful carpaccio plate and the atmoshphere is close and
boisterous. The wait service last time we went there was attentive but not
intrusive and seemed to deal well with a large party even in a small
restaurant. Should be fun.

Kabuki was last at Il Postale on August 19th

Directions:

    Short:
Il Postale is on Washington near the corner of Murphy in downtown
Sunnyvale (yes, all two blocks of it!).

    Transit:
Il Postale is two blocks away from the Sunnyvale Caltrain station.
From the station, turn left onto Evelyn, walking away from Mathilda.
One block down, turn right, onto Murphy. Turn right and proceed
two blocks to the end of Murphy. Turn right and proceed one half
		block to the restaurant.

    Long:
Take 101 to Mathilda. Head west on Mathilda into downtown Sunnyvale,
crossing both Central Expressway and the Southern Pacific rail line.
After going over the railroad, turn left. Go four blocks and
find parking; the restaurant is on your left.
