Description:

Chef Chu's has been a Penninsula institution since 1970. The menu has a
wide variety of Chinese offerings, both traditional and innovative. Many of
the dishes are featured in Chef Chu's cookbook, available at bookstores
nationwide. Diners will find an extensive selection of beef, lamb, fowl,
seafood, and vegetable dishes. Entrees are available for those with delicate
palates, as well as the more adventuresome who enjoy spicy food. Vegetarian,
diet, and low sodium dishes can also be prepared to specifications for those
with special tastes or dietary requirements. Chef Chu's does not use MSG in
any of their dishes. Prices range from $1 - $7 for appetizers and soups,
$5 - $17 for entrees, $24 for Peking Duck (which requires four hours notice),
and $11 per person for combination dinners.

Kabuki was last at Chef Chu's on October 18th
