Judith Szepesi suggested that this week we have KW at BJ's Brewhouse,
which is doing a 15%-of-proceeds donation to the Leukemia Society.
It's a large place (the site of the former Peppermill near Apple),
but RSVPs would be useful since we've never been there.

Description:

The location is the former site of the Peppermill, but the reviews
sound like they've replaced the old building with a larger one.
They make N kinds of beer, though not necessarily on-site, plus root beer.
The food includes Chicago-style pizza, ribs, the usual fried apps,
salads, burgers, spinach/artichoke dip, etc.
They're open to midnight on weeknights, which is nice.

Directions:

Short: Corner of De Anza and Apple's Infinite Loop, just below 280

Longer: Take 280 to De Anza exit in Cupertino, go south, it's on the left.
Or take 101 to Mathilda South, which eventually becomes De Anza.
The restaurant advertises free valet parking, presumably to avoid
annoying Apple.
