Time:

	Thursday, April 9th, 7:30 pm

Place:

    Cenzo's
    233 University Avenue
    Palo Alto, CA 94301
    (415) 322-1846

Description:
Cenzo's is an airy Italian restaurant. The decor is soft and
done in light colors. Other than the pink napkins it is an
enjoyable place to relax and talk. It is a favorite of several
    long time Kabuki West attendees.

Not surprisingly the menu contains a variety of pasta, seafood, and
meat dishes, most of which include a tomato or cream sauce as a
    primary ingredient.

The menu could be somewhat disappointing to a vegetarian palate
although the staff immediately reacted to my inquiry with promises
to adapt. The "first course" page of the menu carries a 50%
complement of non-meat dishes while the "main course" page has
    none.

    The menu lists: Antipasti around $6; Salad and Soups around $4;
Individual Pizzas $8; Dinner courses $7-16.

Kabuki Was last at Cenzo's on September 4th

Directions:

    Short:
Cenzo's is on the North side of University Avenue in Downtown
Palo Alto. Cross street is Ramona.

    Public Transit:
Take CalTrain to the Palo Alto station. As you disembark the
train you are facing West (read "away from Cenzo's"). Leave
the station and get to University Avenue (which runs right
underneath the platform). On University Avenue proceed East
approximately 3 blocks. Cenzo's is on your left just past the
	"Stanford Theatre"'s big marquis.

    From 101:
Take the University Avenue exit and proceed West. At the 10th
stoplight (Ramona) Cenzo's is just accross Ramona on your right
	hand side.

For those who refuse to count to 10, Middlefield is the 5th
	stoplight and Cowper is 7th.

For the really lazy, Ramona is 1.9 miles from 101 via
	University.

There is a free public parking lot on the Southeast corner of
Bryant (9th stoplight) and Litton (1 block North of University).

There is another free public parking lot on the East side of
Ramona halfway between University and Litton.

    From 280:
If you need directions to any place on University Avenue, do
not under any circumstances attempt to get there from 280. No
matter how careful the directions you are given, you WILL get
lost in the maze of the Stanford Campus area and still be
swearing at your erstwhile director when Thursday Morning
	arrives. You have been warned.
