Description
The Blue Nile is an Ethiopian restaurant that Kabuki-West has been
to a very few times, over a long period of time. It has never
been too popular, I think due to the exotic nature of Ethiopian
food, but I like it. I know that some of you do as well.
Ethiopian food is often served communal-style. The method of
eating is a bit out of the ordinary: the single utensil that each
diner has is a piece of spongy bread. You use the bread to scoop
up the food, then eat the food and the bread together. The bread
is damp, light, and a bit salty... definitely not much like
anything else.
The pricing is medium; I think that the average person can get out
without losing much more than $15, assuming moderation in drinking
and appetizer-ordering habits. review by marke
