Hi Christie! The group split up into 5 pods: organizing the monthly meetings, education, media (website & publicity), social (work parties & fun stuff) and special projects (events, site designs, etc.). Each pod met for about an hour to vision their part in the guild and what things to implement, then we came back together and shared with all the group. People can participate in as many pods as they want, but we asked everyone to ick one that would be their MAIN focus, as far as taking some ownership and helping to RUN that one. The energy was great and a lot of cool ideas came out of it! You are free to hook up with any pod you wish! If you email me which one(s) you want I can send you the contact address for it. Hope to see you next month! : Hi one and all, I was wondering if anyone could fill me in on the meeting yesterday and if I can still get involved in some of the groups. I had to work last night so I couldn't attend but would love to still be involved in the group's progression.
